Although we will endeavor to fulfill these shipping estimates, we cannot assure these. The actual delivery time is contingent upon the shipping option you select.

We solely ship to the address designated on your invoice, which our automated shipping label printer reproduces precisely. If your package is returned due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address and must be resent, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Return & Exchange 

In case you are unhappy with your purchase, you can get in touch with us within 7 days and initiate the return process within 14 days of the delivery date by contacting us through this channel. We will reimburse you for the prints once we receive them back in their original condition and packaging, deducting only the shipping costs. To obtain a Return Authorisation Number, all clients must contact us prior. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the prints.
